Cancelling Time Off

If you wish to cancel time off that you have previously requested, then provided the request hasn’t yet been approved you can do this as follows:

  1. Press the menu button at the top left of Workteam and select Time Off / My Time Off from the menu pane that appears.
  2. Select the Requests tab and click on the entry representing the time off request that you want to cancel.
  3. In the form that appears, press the Cancel Time Off button.

If your time off request has already been approved or if you want to cancel a time off request pertaining to a date in the past then you can still choose to cancel the request using the same steps as above, however the cancellation request will be subject to a further approval by the person that approves your time off requests.
