Getting Started With Workteam Feedback
Workteam Feedback provides an effective platform for recognising employees in the organization for great work they’ve done and for receiving and giving private, constructive feedback so that you and your peers can learn from each other’s experiences and knowledge.
Depending on how Workteam is configured, the feedback may be associated with feedback categories, for instance the core values of the organization, or certain skills that are valuable to the organization.
Furthermore, if feedback may be associated with defined categories, Workteam may be configured so that the feedback may be optionally rated.
To get started, try requesting feedback from your manager or from a colleague.
