Getting Started With Workteam Check-ins

Workteam Check-ins provides an effective platform for managers to engage with their team around their weekly activities. Each week, Workteam will prompt each team member to answer a handful of questions about their progress on work done during that week.

By default, Workteam poses questions such as “What big things did you achieve this week?” and “What obstacles did you encounter and how do you plan to overcome them?”. However, these questions may be changed to something that is more appropriate to your team.

Each team member will submit their check-in, which will be routed to their manager to review. The manager can further engage their team members by liking and commenting on each team member’s answers. Team members can also respond in the same way. Other Workteam users may also be mentioned in check-in answers, as a way to bring them into the conversation and help guide team members to achieve their outcomes.
