Viewing Department Objectives

If you are a member of a department and your organization has configured Workteam to enable departmental OKRs, you will see a Department OKRs menu item in the left-hand menu pane.

Clicking on this will show the department OKRs for the current goal period. If you are the department head or if you are an assigned goal setter for the department, you will be able to add department OKRs and publish them from this page too.

The department OKRs serve as a reminder of the strategic direction of the department you belong to and will be useful if you are required to align your personal OKRs with departmental or team OKRs.
