Viewing Who's Off This Week

Workteam displays, in your main dashboard, a list of your colleagues that have time off over the next 7 days. To view the main dashboard, click on the Workteam logo in the center of the top banner, or press the stack button to reveal the left-hand menu panel and select Dashboard.

On the right hand side of the dashboard, under your time off balances you will see a list of colleagues who are out any time over the next seven days. The specific days on which they are out are highlighted blue.

You can access the team calendar by clicking anywhere within the Out of Office panel.

Workteam will also notify you by email before the end of each working week if any of your colleagues will be away the following week.
